Biography

Formerly known as Dj Nkukza, real name Nkululeko Nkabinde , Dj Nkuly Knuckles from South Africa started his playing "Dj'ng" career back in the year 2001, where he joined forces with eastrand's top Dj's like Mgabe, Careless, Teozin, Micado, Panyaza and Zee to name a few. Whilst under the then Careless productions, he enhanced his skill on the decks and gained the necessary skill to open his own sound company named "NKZ productions", the company operated solo from 2003 and had Dj's like Soft , Shandu and Xolani under its wing until 2005. The company was pretty reputable as it was appointed in various parties and weddings around the Eastrand and even neighboring regions like the Vaal and Soweto. In 2006 Nkuly knuckles operated in the Vaal region where he was pursuing his studies , he played in various gigs at the Vaal University Of Technology main campus and surrounding areas like Sebokeng , Evaton, steel park ,Sharpeville,3rivers and Bedworthpark. In 2007 Nkuly Knuckles started playing at Vut fm where he met VUT's top Dj's like Mono T(formerly known as Tebza), Khu's, Mthusi,Jabu,Ray,Goddard, Jabu, Vito and Mphoza. As Nkuly grew as a brand in 2007 he was appointed as a res Dj at club uHuru in Randburg and he played as a guest Dj at Diplomat hotel along side Magwegwe and Gauta...he continued to surpass and earned resident house Dj at club Malasha also in Randburg where he shared the stage with the then yfm music manager Dj nutty nyc ( still have a coco soul vinyl which I was given as appreciation for the talent ). Nkuly went on to surpass and share the stage with Mzansi's top Dj's like Glenzito, Oskido, deepXcape ,Maphorisa, Thulani The Warrior and ZanD to name a few...NKZ productions now operating as Knuckles Pro Sound is back with a bang, with only the best Dj's under its wing, looking to take over the music scene...because we love music we can.
