Biography

His real name is David Pluma Villalón, AKA DJ David Black and   DJ The Black. Born in Cuba although nationalized in Spain. Showing passion for music and its different styles since childhood, his career began in his home town Havana. There he graduated in Art and decided to go deep into the world of music and especially percussion, always looking for new challenges and reinventing himself by merging Latin rhythms, dance and R&B. His talent as an arranger, composer and performance and his peculiar style lead him to work as a DJ around the world with more than 500 shows under his belt playing and producing in countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), USA (Miami) , Spain, France, Russia (Moscow and Sant Petersburg) Cancun and Mexico City After several collaborations with artists such as La FresK, Keyrat nurtas, Franky Rey and Sin-Frontera, his name Dj David Black was born from his roots Influenced by different musical styles and rhythms like reggae, rumba, salsa, rap, jungle, drum'n'bass, balkan, miscegenation. He also produces events with Cuban atmosphere, electrolatino and musical shows and entertainment.
